The Design

Thanks to the genius of Photoshop, I was able to visualise what I wanted to do and plan the design while I waited for various components to arrive. The original parts are shown here on the left, and my intended modifications depicted on the right. Some changes are obvious, while others, well, I'll leave you to have fun playing Spot The Difference.
